Maggie Lawson revient sur le tournage du film de Disney, Model Behavior ou elle jouer déjà tout jeune deux rôle avec la future star (1 ans avant) Justin Timberlake..
Version anglaise:
Back in October USA Network's Psych cast headed to the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York for a full-out green celebration with their audience for Fan Appreciation Day. The entire crew was there with actors James Roday, Dule Hill and Maggie Lawson leading the way.
The series began in 2006 and for you ABC watchers, it reintroduced Lawson back to our television sets. She may be noticed for her impeccable similarity to Alicia Silverstone, but she also is remembered for a certain TV movie too. Model Behavior that premiered in 2000 that also starred Justin Timberlake. In it she took on the two leading roles of high school student Alex Burroughs and the identical model Janine Adams. One of the very first projects based on switching lives. Haven't seen it? Then you clearly weren't one of those kids that waited around for the next Wonderful World of Disney weekend films. (Don't lie. You did it.)
While taking in the Psych pineapple foams that fans were pumping in the air, Maggie chatted with Ology about the film that got her noticed in the industry. "That's the only time I've played two roles ever," she said. "It was amazing because I was so young and it was like my first leads. It was Justin [Timberlake]. It was Kathy Lee Gifford. And for a girl who was just getting started in her career, it was sort of like the coolest thing ever. Plus I got to kiss Justin Timberlake a couple of times. That's not bad!" No, it's not. At all. Who knew just three months after talking with Maggie he would be getting engaged to Jessica Biel.
Model Behavior was also one of Justin's first moments stepping away from the microphone. "He was sort of--I remember when they said there's this kid who's going to play the love interest in the movie. And I was like, 'N Sync, I think I've heard of that band.' And then like a year and a half later "Bye, Bye, Bye" came out. Then it was like forget it. He was huge," Maggie added. It's pretty incredible to see how far Justin's come. He went from a Disney TV film, to the clear favorite in a boy band to now starring in films like The Social Network and Friends With Benefits. Let's not forget his solo music career and countless appearances on Saturday Night Live.
She may not have kept in touch with Justin since then, but Maggie did gain one relationship since the end of filming. "Kathy Lee is still a friend," she said. "Yes, I love her very much. It was a love fest!"
