Courte interview de Dulé qui nous parle de ce qu'il a fait pendant la grève des scénaristes, la différence entre jouer le personnage de Gus et celui de Charlie dans The West Wing...
By Rachel Thomas
Q: What did you do with your free time during the writers' strike?
Dulé: "I spent some time in Jamaica and at my home in L.A., but mostly I spent my time on the campaign trail for Barack Obama."
Q: Was the show affected by the strike?
Dulé: "Not really. We would have gone back to shooting right about now anyway."
Q: When does shooting begin for season three of Psych?
Dulé: "We go back to shooting on April 28."
Q: What's the biggest difference about playing this character as opposed to your role as Charlie on The West Wing?
Dulé: "Charlie was very controlled, very contained. This guy [Gus] can speak his mind. I like how Gus can get lost in his world and live out his fantasies."
Q: Do you guys have fun shooting Psych?
Dulé: "Oh, we have a blast!"
Q: Have you had any funny or unusual fan encounters?
Dulé: "I was doing Bring in Da' Noise, Bring In Da' Funk here in New York and I came out and was all sweaty and I had my towel and this lady was like, 'Oh! Can I have your towel, can I have your towel?' I gave it to her and she ran down the road screaming. And I was just like wow - it was a nasty, sweaty towel."
